Each Beaver’s Dram expression is enhanced using the Stockhausen Method, an exclusive maturation technique developed by Dr. Ernst Stockhausen and patented by Seven Seals Innovation. This method optimizes the interaction between whisky and wood, accelerating flavour development and improving smoothness without compromising quality or tradition.
The Stockhausen Method reduces unwanted harshness and tannins, resulting in a smoother, more flavourful whisky in less time than conventional ageing. It is how we can deliver premium, complex whisky that is both bold and approachable, without the burn.
