From our home in Vankleek Hill, Ontario, Artisanal Gin is a journey through the finest ingredients from first sip to last drop. While our story began in the Ottawa Valley as a small hobby on a family farm, it has grown into a passion for creating world-class spirits.
The original recipe was developed using botanicals grown and harvested on that farm, and those carefully chosen ingredients still inspire every batch we make today. Crafted from Canadian winter wheat and cut to a crystal-clear water-white, this gin is as crisp and pure as the country it comes from. The flavour profile is bold yet balanced, a reflection of our uniquely Canadian approach to distilling.
